Where can I find my full account and routing (ABA) number?

You can find your account number on your monthly account statement. It appears in the upper right-hand corner, labeled as your “statement number.” All Home Savings Bank accounts have the same routing number, which is 275971113.

Where can I find my monthly account statements?

If you have signed up for eStatements, they will be sent to the email address on file for you. You can also access them any time by logging into your online banking account, clicking on any of your accounts, then clicking on “documents.” If you are not signed up for eStatements, your monthly account statements will be mailed to the address on file for you.

Why did I receive an Overdraft of Returned Item (NSF) Fee?

When your account goes negative or a check is returned due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), a fee may be assessed. Please see the disclosures provided to you when your account was opened for more information.

How do I place a stop payment on a check or pre-authorized payment?

There is a transaction on my account that I did not authorize or is incorrect. How can I dispute it?

What are the browser requirements for online banking? What phones are compatible with the app?

Compatibility is constantly changing, so it is best to contact the esupport team by emailing esupport@home-savings.com for the most up-to-date answer. However, most modern phones and browsers are compatible, with certain versions of Safari and older iPhones occasionally having problems.

What can I do in online banking?

You are able to fully service your account using online banking, including but limited to initiating transfers, viewing your balance, paying your bills, viewing your statements, and more.

What do I do if my online banking profile has been compromised?

How do I view my eStatements online?

Click on any of your accounts, then click on documents. You will then be brought to the eStatement page where you can view or sign up for eStatements.

What is mobile banking?

Mobile banking is similar to online banking, except you access it via the app instead of your browser. You can initiate transfers, view your balances, and even deposit checks with mobile capture.

How do I download and install the mobile banking app?

Navigate to the App Store if you use an Apple product, or the Google Play Store if you use an Android product. Search for Home Savings Bank Mobile Wisconsin, and the app will be one of the first results.

How do I make a mobile deposit?

Please email esupport@home-savings.com to have mobile deposit enabled. Once it is enabled, simply click on deposit in the mobile app, and follow the prompts.

What do I do if my mobile deposit didn’t go through?

Are there transaction limits for mobile deposit?

By default, you are limited to depositing $2,500.00 in a 24-hour period. Please email esupport@home-savings.com if you need to deposit a check written for more than $2,500.00.

My debit card isn’t working, what do I do?

What are the spending limits on my card?

In a 24-hour period, you are limited to $2,500.00 for credit purchases, $425.00 for debit purchases, and $325.00 for ATM withdrawals. Additionally, you are limited to 20 transactions in a 24-hour period as well. If you need to make purchases or an ATM withdrawal above these limits, please call 608.282.6000 and a Home Savings Bank associate will be able to assist you.

How do I activate my debit card?

Please call 1.800.567.3451 for assistance. This number can also be found on the sticker on your new debit card.

What should I do if I have forgotten my debit card pin?

Can I use my card outside of Wisconsin or internationally?

By default, debit cards are limited to transactions in Wisconsin. To perform a transaction outside of Wisconsin, please call 608.282.6000 and a Home Savings Bank associate will be able to assist you.

My card has expired, where is my new card?

Debit cards work until the end of the expiration month on the card. You will receive a new debit card in the mail before the end of the expiration month.
