Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card During Business Hours
If you discover your debit card is missing or stolen during our regular business hours (M-F 9am- 5pm), please call Home Savings Bank at 608.282.6000 or 800.282.5115 . We will assist you in filling out a report and getting you a new card.
If you believe your debit card has been stolen please remember to contact the police.
Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card After Business Hours
If you discover your debit card is missing or stolen after normal business hours, or on a weekend, please call 800.472.3272 and follow the prompts. Visa will then place a hold on your card. The following business day please call Home Savings Bank at 608.282.6000 or 800.282.5115 so we can help you order a new debit card.

Is your Home Savings Bank credit card lost or stolen?
If you discover your credit card is missing/stolen please call customer service at 1.866.604.0381 to report your card missing. They will then assist you in getting a new card.
General questions about your credit card statement and bill should be directed to Customer Service, open 24/7, at 1.800.423.7503.
Important Notice for our Traveling Customers
If you have travel plans, please inform Home Savings Bank PRIOR to your trip by calling 608.282.6000 and provide the following: Your name, the last 4 digits of the credit card that you will be using, your destination of travel (City, State, and Country), your departure and return dates, and your phone number at which you can be reached in case we need to contact you. It is important to inform Home Savings Bank of your travel plans so that we can monitor your account for potentially suspicious transactions and to ensure that there will not be any restrictions in the use of your debit card while traveling.
